Kinship Care Support Group

People have always cared for their relatives' children; however, most have done so with little formal help. Lack of assistance may lead to family stress that impacts the entire family. The Kinship Care Program, provided by The Children's Home, is intended to provide support to relative caregivers by helping families access necessary services, expanding family support systems, and ultimately reducing stress to promote family stability.

A Kinship Care Support Group meets at Trinity Presbyterian Church of Seven Springs the fourth Tuesday of every month at 1Oam. This support group meets in the Choir room of the Sanctuary.

If you are a family in need of Kinship Care Services you may self-refer or have a community provider fill out and submit the following applications: For Hillsborough County, call (813) 627-2129, (813) 901-3401. For Pinellas and Pasco Counties, call (727) 785-2762.
